About Us

Who we are

Professional and Reliable Notary Service.

Remote online notarizations (RONs) allow individuals to have their documents notarized remotely, using audio-visual technology. This means that the individual does not have to be physically present with the notary public in order to have their documents notarized.

The concept of remote notarizations has been around for several decades, but the use of technology to facilitate these transactions has only become more widespread in recent years.

In 2000, the National Notary Association (NNA) in the United States introduced the first version of their “Electronic Notarization Standards.” These standards set out guidelines for the use of electronic signatures and electronic records in notarization transactions.

In 2010, the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) in the United States adopted the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), which provided legal recognition for electronic signatures and electronic records in transactions.

In 2013, the ULC also adopted the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act (URPERA), which provided legal recognition for electronic real estate documents.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many states in the United States temporarily allowed for the use of remote online notarizations, and in some cases, these provisions have been made permanent.

In addition to the United States, several other countries have also adopted laws and guidelines to allow for the use of remote online notarizations.
